  As there was a cancellation in the invited lectures, morning session on Nov. 2 will be started at 9:45 am.

• Instructions of oral and poster presentations (Sep. 27, 2018)
  We will arrange a PC projector (SVGA: 1024x768). The presenters of invited talks and oral presentations should check if their own laptop PC could be correctly connected to the projector.
  • Invited talks :
    Alloted time : 45 or 30 minutes (including the time for Q & A)
  • Oral presentations ;
    Alloted time : 15 minutes (including the time for Q & A)
  • Poster presentations :
    Short oral presentations are accompanied before the poster presentations.
    Poster boards : 180H x 120W
    Short oral presentations
     Alloted time : 3 minutes (without Q & A)
  The presenting author of the poster presentation have to submit a PDF file for the short oral presentation. The posters must be fixed with pins. Posters should stay on display during the symposium.

• Deadline for submitting extended abstracts (Sep. 27, 2018)
  All presenting author should submit an extended abstract. The extended abstract is requested to have two or more pages of A4 size and should include a summary less than 50-words. The format of the extended abstract is free.

  A booklet containing the extended abstracts will be issued at the symposium site. Only the summary (less than 50-words) of each presentation will be released on this web site as well as the title, authors and affiliations.
